Hotel
Monte Filipe is the Promoter of the Festival, in an unprecedented
initiative to promote a destination by a hotel unit.
Modern and elegant accommodation unit - 4 Star Hotel - built
in 2012. It has 50 rooms equipped with all amenities and is
integrated in a rural environment, next to the village of
Alpalhão in Alto Alentejo. The name of the hotel comes
from the ancestral name of the hill where it is located. From
the same hotel group, the Hotel Santo António in Arronches
is available.
To participate in activities you do not
need to stay at Hotel Monte Filipe. You can freely choose
any other Alentejo accommodation unit.

For the organizational coordination of the
event, a partnership was made with the Portugal Walking
Festival brand, managed by SAL Sistemas de Aire Livre, an
operator specialized in Pedestrian Tours and a Consultant
of Pedestrian Path Networks.

The
participation in the different events does not have any
previous inscription.
The
walking activities for those who are not staying have a
symbolic cost to pay at the beginning of it.
Accommodation
prices at Hotel Monte Filipe are uniform for all days of
the event.
Reservations are not available on online platforms. Reservations
and payment always directly with Hotel Monte Filipe.
Meals
at O Chaparro Restaurant (inside the Hotel) are fixed. You
must make your reservations at the reception.
All
guests have free access to the indoor heated pool, sauna,
hammam and rest area.
The massage service has an appointment and associated price

Participation is free. You do not need pre-registration.
You should be present at Hotel Monte Filipe, at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday
22 November 2018 for the Opening Session.
You can only participate in the panels you want.
Upon arrival you must fill out the registration form and indicate
if you want a Certificate of Participation for curriculum purposes.
